SEAN BELL
Countertenor and Performance Artist
Sean Bell is co-founder of the performance series Kabaret Zapffe, together with performance artist and tuba player Magnus Løvseth based in Oslo, Norway. They are an artistic collective creating an arena for expression that lies between experimental music and performance art.
Kabaret Zapffe exists to curate and facilitate risk, renewal, friction and playfulness. It is fascinated by the uncompromising and playful approach in the Dadaists' art and expression and want to continue the same openness into a new millennium. The series is a meeting place for different artists, styles and forms of communication, and the focus is often on audience interaction.
